FIBC Bags

FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) is also known as Bulk bag, Jumbo bag or Super Sack& are most often made from thick polyethylene material. These bags are having holding capacity from about half upto two tons. These bags are useful for storage &transportation of dry movable solid products such as Dry Chemical Powders, Granules, Fertilizers, Fiberglass, Food products, Grains, Construction Material, Seedsand many more. in various industries.

Woven Bags

Woven bags are the alternative to disposable plastic bags mainly used by retailers. They are well known for their strength ensured by a specific mesh covered by a plastic layer. These bags are solid, waterproof and washable & are build with circular woven polypropylene fabric, one side sewn as the bottom, leave the other side open, the simplest woven polypropylene bags are done.Woven bags are also made from thick polyethylene material. These bags are having holding capacity of approximately 75Kgs to 100 kgs. Uses are same as that of FIBC bags.

Different Types of FIBC Bags

1) Cross Corner Loops

Cross Corner lift loops can be found on tubular or “circular” bag constructions. Cross corners lift loops are sewn onto the body of the FIBC and form an “arch” over each corner.
Uses - Transport Packing

2) Baffle Bags

They are constructed with baffles sewn into the corners, which prevent expansion while allowing product to flow through the bag
Uses - Storage and transportation of fine materials like pharmaceuticals and flour.

3) Circular Cross Corner Bags

Circular bags are made with a tubular piece of fabric that forms all sides of the bag allowing for stitching only for the top and bottom of the bag.
uses -

4)FIBC-Conductive-Bags

Conductive FIBC bags are also known as Type C Conductive bags or Anti-Static Bags, made with PP fabric with interwoven conductive threads, such as silver, carbon or steel threads. These conductive fibres are woven such that they create a mesh-like structure within the FIBC Bag's body internally. These are used for handling and storage of combustible and flammable materials.
Uses –Storage & transport of flammable & static material

5) FIBC Full Loop Bags

On Full Loop Bags lift loops can be found tubular or “circular” bag constructions. Cross corners lift loops are sewn onto the entire height of the FIBC.
Uses – Packaging of Sugar & Salt, Agriculture, Construction Material, Powder

6) FIBC U Panel Bags

U-panel bags are constructed with three body panels – one that runs the full length of the bag forming the bottom and two sides and two additional pieces of fabric sewn into the larger piece that form the other two sides.
Uses – Storage & transport of Dry flowable chamical, Grains, fertilizers ect.
